location was good.

Dirty carpet, ratty linens, lousy continental breakfast, no elevator for a second floor room.

Carpets were very poorly cleaned. Blankets and sheets had multiple large holes and tears. Mattresses were old and sagging. Curtains in our room were drooping. I require a cane to walk, and have difficulty negoitating stairs. The second floor room assigned to us had no access other than two flights of stairs. The night manager was very helpful in offering assistance, but was unable to change us to a ground floor room. ...read more

Nothing.

Dirty , smelly, rude and unhelpful staff , did not feel safe in the surroundings.

Dirty floors. Filthy showers. Rude staff and the beds, all I can say is I known I brought my own blankets for a reason because there was no way I was sleeping in those beds and neither were my children. Fortunately I found another hotel that was cheaper, nicer staff and was a dream hotel. I would never recommend the Ocean Gateway inn to anyone. ...read more
